Noteworthy Marble & Tile specializes in intricate detailed stonework for high-end interior and exterior projects. Our expertise includes design, fabrication and installation of marble, granite, onyx, travertine, quartz, limestone, and Caesarstone. In addition, we have a division dedicated to water-jet cutting and a stone-carving artist on staff for custom sculpturing.

David Gaulke
David Gaulke, president of Noteworthy Marble & Tile Inc, started working in the industry in 1980 as an apprentice at Mitchell Tile and Marble. Owners Milton and John Mitchell quickly recognized David’s dedication to his work and his love of natural stone, and mentored him as he worked his way up through the ranks, mastering all facets of the business, blueprints, estimating, fabrication, installation, project management, and design.
David earned his own contractor license in 1986. In 1989 David’s Designs Inc. was formed, providing high-end stonework to Southern California’s most distinguished clients. Upon completing a 5 year private residence project located here in Orange County, David felt the company’s expertise should be distinctly represented. Thus, the name changed to Noteworthy Marble & Tile, and today is recognized and respected throughout Orange County’s most prestigious communities for his artisanship in stonework and design, along with his impeccable professionalism and attention to detail. And in turn, he has taught and mentored his own employees with the same passion and integrity.
